Testimonials

As Special Educational Needs Coordinator in my school, I have valued Sangeeta’s input in all SEN areas as she clearly demonstrates that she understands the needs of our school. Sangeeta has worked really well with our school over the last two years and has helped us to develop our school SEN policy. Working with Sangeeta has proven to be extremely productive and with her support and guidance, the provision provided for children with special educational needs is now more effective than ever.

Sangeeta swept into school like a breath of fresh air, with innovative ideas and lots of practical focused advice. She has a broad base of knowledge which I have been able to tap for many different purposes in my role as Inclusion Manager. In particular she has nursed me through the whole area of provision mapping from start to (almost!) finish, to the extent that I now feel very confident about how to use it to the school’s advantage.

Sangeeta has worked extremely well with our school over the last three years, supporting us with the many and varied aspects of SEN and Inclusion. This academic year she is helping me in particular with Provision Mapping and with developing a Gifted and Talented register alongside an appropriate plan of action for identified children.

I have found Sangeeta, in her role as our Educational Psychologist, to be very well organised and systematic in her approach to all things. When you marry this with her excellent subject knowledge, it is extremely helpful having her on board. Alongside this she is friendly and approachable and a pleasure to work with.

Sangeeta provided excellent support as a Consultant Educational psychologist for Slough. She adapted quickly to a different authority gaining a good understanding of policies and procedures within a short time span. She has the ability to work with a high degree of independence seeking advice when appropriate. Schools speak very highly of her work both at an individual and whole school level. I thoroughly recommend Sangeeta and certainly will call upon her skills again should the need arise.

While working in Slough, I supervised Sangeeta’s casework for a period of time. Sangeeta demonstrated that she is able to deliver a high quality psychological service applying psychological theory within educational contexts. Sangeeta also demonstrated that she has extremely sophisticated interpersonal communication skills. These enabled the collaborative approach that she has with professionals, parents, children and young people.
